Victoria Scatena started her studies at the age of five at the Art and Culture Foundation of Ubatuba / SP, participating in competitive dance festivals with prizes. At the age of twelve, Miss. Scatena joined the Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil, having national and international experiences, dancing ballets of renowned repertoire such as Don Quixote, Giselle, Les Sylphides, Lago dos Cisnes, among others. At the Bolshoi School she was trained in the Vaganova method in classical dance, character dance, contemporary dance; Historical Popular Dance; Duet, History of Dance; Music and rhythmic education; Brazilian folklore; Acrobatic gymnastics; Specific gymnastics; Art history; Musical Literature; Piano; Drama; Repertoire and Theater.
During her stay at the institution, she received an invitation for an internship at the Bolshoi Theater School in Moscow, as well as training programs in Chicago and New York.
After graduating from the Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil, at the age of 17, she joined the Companhia de Dança Sesiminas and is now part of the Young Ballet of Santa Catarina under the direction of Barbara Rey.
In recent years, Miss. Scatena started working as a classical ballet teacher, for a wide age group ranging from beginners to adults. In addition she runs a competition group receiving awards in national and international competitions.
She recently received scholarships at the Joffrey Ballet School, Barcelona Dance Center and Opus Ballet.
Miss. Scantena has been invited to intern at the company of the Municipal Ballet of Asunción for the reassembly of the ballet La Bayadere.
